WHY SHOULD CTOs ATTEND THE CTOs MEETING?

These days the best chief technology officers need to combine strong interpersonal and influential skills along with an empathic ear. Combined with the ability to help others understand the sometimes complex role of technology and the challenges it can present, a CTO need to be able to provide the best solutions to any forthcoming problems their business may face.

With companies looking to their CTOs to provide products and services that the market needs, they need to have a “head for business”. To do this well they must have a keen eye for the future, be reactive to new developments and monitor & analyse the business or consumer trends that could affect their market. Having strong technological knowledge and an awareness of industry trends are not enough to be a good CTO, but to cultivate a culture of teamwork, having a disrupt vision and be business-minded, are also qualities necessary for this strategic role.

In this CTOs Meeting, Codemotion wants to create an environment where attendees can discuss their day to day challenges together and work on finding solutions to what keeps them awake at night!

We’ve reserved this meeting for CTOs only, in order to guarantee the quality of discussions will be of high value and help the CTOs bring new ideas and strategies to companies.
